Still here just been terribly busy preparing and cleaning the aftermath of Kalila's party on Saturday, which was ace. Now we're busy packing for our trip to finland on Thursday. More updates soon-ish.
Finland Finland Finland, it's the country I'd quite like to be!
I am frantically preparing for possible inclement weather for the girls' party Saturday. If it's nice, we'll be at the beach. If it's raining, we'll be here in our tiny house with an un-playable backyard due to massive piles of brush from the removal of the pines. Hope your trip to Finland is super fab!
I hope it's beach weather. That place looks lovely from the tiny bit of canoe photo I saw but I can imagine it. I hope their cards get there. Packages soon. love to all x
I will open both girls' cards on K's birthday because E still doesn't quite "get" it but they arrived in time for Em's birthday! We just got back from the fab beach day and other than the fact that it was 85+(f) and everybody in town apparently decided this was the day to go to the beach and/or take wedding photos there, it was amazing. We didn't use the canoe because of the huge biomass of people. E didn't like the water and kept saying "I cold! I cold!" so we picked her up and warmed her up. K cavorted like a blonde fish.
Also - I just figured out why you are in Finland NOW - The Solstice! duh. Considering that I just threw a slightly early Solstice party. Hope you have a fab time and a safe trip!
