Pea gate update.

I phoned the doc just to check that K was ok with the pea up her nose. Seems they don't take nose peas so lightly and told us to take her to accident and emergency. I needed a second opinion especially as she had just gone to sleep. NHS Direct said "get yo ass down to hospital and get that shi out her nose."
So Nik and Kalila are in A&E waiting for the pea sucker to work it's magic. I've asked him to try to save the pea if he can. I'm weird like that.

Kids:

No peas in nose please.

Did i tell you about the time as a kid i shoved a 6" piece of foam up my nose ? Did my mom tell you how i smelled bad and she couldnt figure out why? I think my mom was bad!

Did NHS Direct also suggest nuking the pea after it had been removed to a safe distance?

Seriously though, I hope that Kalila is OK, Nik isn't too embarrassed by this affair, and that you don't get a visit from Social Services...

We too have had the 'no peas in the nose' discussion. What is up with these children...

Also, thinking of you and so sorry for your loss.

I would totally save the pea.

I save weird things. I saved the hook and eye closures Katie ate and pooed out.

I did wash them though.

At least she doesn't have cherry tomatoes in her eyes:

Emily ate a stone and pooped that out! Glad to say I wasn't the one who ahem "discoverd" it in her nappy! ha

Nope, I've discovered bits of yarn, the hook and eye closures, a piece of cardboard...

Perhaps the kids are billy goats in disguise?

I found a glittery gold star in Mia's nappy once. She's got 1 star poo!
